Whether it be Full Body Training or Yoga, book an In Studio Semi Private session to get yourself into the rhythm of a consistent fitness schedule. Our Semi Private classes are limited to two clients: the attention of a Personal Trainer with the motivating atmosphere of Partner Training.
Whether you are a beginner to movement, looking for rehabilitation yoga, or have specific fitness goals in mind, DIZONFIT offers Personal & Partner Training for those looking for a more catered experience outside of group fitness. Located in the heart of Toronto's Upper Beaches, our boutique studio is Toronto's best kept secret - a cottage inspired fitness studio catered to small group training sessions. All NEW MEMBERS must fill out an In Studio Application form as this is a private facility and requires current member referral.
Semi - Private Sessions: Partner Community Training
This style of class allows you to train with a partner creating a motivating team environment with the attention of a personal trainer. Individuals can register for classes on the weekly Community Schedule or book a private Partner Training with the partner of their choice.
Full Body Training
A combination of cardio body weight exercises & full body strength training. Typically using heavy weights or kettle bells, circuit training or high intensity interval training. Modifications to beginners will be made.
Vinyasa Yoga
A good balance of restorative yin poses, a Vinyasa flow, and fundamental Ashtanga based sequencing. All yogis have the option to a complimentary Shavasana Peppermint Temple & Neck Massage.
We know having a partner in training will keep you motivated and accountable - we are now offering Appointment based Private Yoga for Two, book a session for you and a loved one!

The DIZONFIT Training Studio is a Private Boutique Studio
Located in the heart of the Upper Beaches, Toronto, our private boutique studio is only open to members only and run on an appointment style basis. As it is not open to the public, current member referral is required and a studio application and interview must be completed prior to any in studio class.
Whether it be gaining flexibility or building strength, we will develop a program catered to you, addressing any imbalances to have you moving pain-free and living in your best physical shape!
Personal Training
The best way to hold yourself accountable is to have a program designed and executed with your specific goals in mind. The Personal Training route is the best way to keep yourself accountable through one on one attention with a certified trainer or yoga instructor. Personal Training is on an appointment style basis.
