We see how this year has been quite difficult for our teachers and as a result, our team has launched a Yoga for Teachers 2020 campaign: a non-profit venture to show our support for our school educators!
Complimentary Mindfulness & Meditation Session lead by our Head Yoga Instructor Christina Dizon. This venture is targeted to our schools in neighbourhood wards (Beaches-East York, Scarborough-Southwest, Toronto Centre and Toronto-Danforth) for the month of February.
Working with adolescence day-in and day-out can put a toll on a teacher’s physical and mental health. In combination with Bell Let’s Talk Day (January 29th), this initiative is to promote the importance of a balanced lifestyle. We would love to show our support with this opportunity for teachers to experience our programs that embody strengthening the physique and empowering the mind.

We are proud to announce we have launched DIZONFIT Kids Yoga Programs with ⭐️ Star Circle Entertainment ⭐️ in Toronto - a school for the performing arts specializing in modelling, dancing and singing - and now YOGA too!
Kids Yoga will be offered on Fridays at 4:00pm starting on September 6th and bi - weekly there after at 2206 Eglinton Avenue East in Toronto.
