Semi - Private Sessions: Partner Community Training
This style of class allows you to train with a partner creating a motivating team environment with the attention of a personal trainer. Individuals can register for classes on the weekly Community Schedule or book a private Partner Training with the partner of their choice.
Full Body Training
A combination of cardio body weight exercises & full body strength training. Typically using heavy weights or kettle bells, circuit training or high intensity interval training. Modifications to beginners will be made.
A good balance of restorative yin poses, a Vinyasa flow, and fundamental Ashtanga based sequencing. All yogis have the option to a complimentary Shavasana Peppermint Temple & Neck Massage.
