Join us from the comfort of your own home, either LIVE or via a pre-recorded LIVE recording. We have 5 classes a week to choose from to create the fitness schedule that best fits your lifestyle.
Whether it be Full Body Training or Yoga, book an In Studio Semi Private session to get yourself into the rhythm of a consistent fitness schedule. Our Semi Private classes are limited to two clients: the attention of a Personal Trainer with the motivating atmosphere of Partner Training.
Once you set your mind to it, anything is possible. We have been working hard for two months and our client is looking and feeling great! Our first few sessions started with gentle hatha yoga and mat exercises and within a few weeks our client was coming up to the Studio unassisted!
We have been working together twice a week for two months and L is now strength training with moderate weights combined with yoga and community Tai Chi!

Since COVID-19, she has partnered with cancer awareness collaborators online - leading Canada's Annual Bum Run for colon cancer awareness in 2020 and 2021.
