Do you need us to come to you? In Home Rehabilitation Yoga might be the program for you! DIZONFIT offers low impact, gentle Hatha or restorative classes for rehabilitation, rejuvenation, and relaxation. This type of yoga is suited for beginners, seniors, and those recovering from injury.
Need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city? DIZONFIT offers Day Retreats from May to September in The Beaches! Start off with green smoothies and good company at our boutique studio, explore and meditate in Toronto's Glen Manor Ravine, and finish off with Beach Yoga at Kew Balmy Beach! The perfect way to spend a morning, leaving you relaxed and refreshed.

A big supporter of "giving back" - DIZONFIT founded Empowware Yoga's Karma Beach Yoga Sundays - an annual series of free beach yoga at Kew Beach in Toronto, collecting slightly used shoes for DEKPOR - for schools in Africa.
